Abstrak
Kemajuan teknologi, terutama kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence, AI), membawa dampak besar pada dunia kerja. AI menggantikan sejumlah pekerjaan rutin sekaligus menciptakan kebutuhan akan kompetensi baru. Artikel ini mengulas kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk tetap relevan di era AI. Kompetensi tersebut meliputi literasi teknologi, keterampilan analitis, kreativitas, serta kecerdasan emosional dan sosial. Artikel ini juga membahas implikasi dari kompetensi tersebut terhadap pendidikan dan pelatihan.
Perkembangan pesat kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan digitalisasi telah mengubah lanskap pekerjaan global, menuntut keterampilan dan kompetensi baru agar individu dapat berhasil. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi keterampilan masa depan utama, seperti kecerdasan emosional, literasi digital, dan pemikiran kritis, yang penting untuk menghadapi tantangan era AI. Dengan pendekatan metode campuran, penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari literatur dan survei yang dilakukan di berbagai industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi signifikan antara keterampilan masa depan dan adaptabilitas di tempat kerja otomatis. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan keterampilan serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi para pemangku kepentingan.
Abstract
Technological advances, especially artificial intelligence (AI), have a major impact on the world of work. AI is replacing several routine jobs while creating the need for new competencies. This article reviews the key competencies that human resources (HR) must have to remain relevant in the AI era. These competencies include technological literacy, analytical skills, creativity, and emotional and social intelligence. This article also discusses the implications of these competencies for education and training.
The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and digitalization has reshaped the global job landscape, demanding new skills and competencies for individuals to thrive. This paper explores key future skills, such as emotional intelligence, digital literacy, and critical thinking, essential for navigating the challenges of the AI era. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research synthesizes findings from literature and surveys conducted in various industries. Results indicate a significant correlation between future skills and adaptability in automated workplaces. The study underscores the importance of education and continuous learning to bridge the skills gap and offers strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
