Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on employee productivity. Data were collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire, and the analysis results indicated that compensation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. Based on simple regression analysis, compensation accounts for 69.8% of the variance in employee productivity, with a regression coefficient of 0.712. These findings support the work motivation theory, which states that financial and non-financial rewards positively impact employee performance. This study recommends organizations implement fair and competitive compensation strategies, including financial and non-financial rewards, while fostering a supportive work environment. By doing so, organizations can enhance employee productivity and maintain competitiveness.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel, dengan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Berdasarkan uji regresi sederhana, kompensasi menjelaskan 69,8% variasi produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,712. Temuan ini mendukung teori motivasi kerja yang menyatakan bahwa penghargaan finansial dan non-finansial memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi organisasi untuk menerapkan strategi kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif, mencakup penghargaan finansial dan non-finansial, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Dengan demikian, organisasi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan sekaligus mempertahankan daya saing.
