Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana penerapan pengambilan keputusan ekonomi pada perusahaan asuransi umum joint-venture Jepang XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana perusahaan asuransi umum joint-venture Jepang XYZ mengambil keputusan secara ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka (literature review). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan asuransi joint venture XYZ mengambil keputusan berdasarkan hasil diskusi 4 direksi yang mempertimbangkan pendapat para direksi dan karyawan.

Abstract: This research discusses how economic decision making is implemented in the Japanese joint-venture general insurance company XYZ. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the Japanese joint-venture general insurance company XYZ makes economic decisions. This research method uses a literature review. The results showed that XYZ joint venture insurance company made a decision based on the results of a discussion of 4 directors who weighed the opinions of directors and employees.
