Penelitian ini membahas cara bagaiman mengelola aset di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit untuk mendukung proses asuransi yang lebih akurat dan tepat waktu. Permasalahan utama yang di hadapi pada industry tersebut adalah data aset yang tidak diperbarui, aset yang sudah tidak digunakan lagi tetapi masih tercatat, dan lambatnya respon dalam meminta data aset. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan penginputan data asuransi yang tidak akurat, risiko underinsurance atau overinsurance, dan proses renewal yang tidak tepat waktu. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual yang disebut Insurance Asset I-ready (IAR), sebagai konsep kerangka untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Kerangka ini memastikan pengelolaan data aset yang baik, verifikasi siklus hidup asset yang sesuai, penyesuaian nilai asuransi yang wajar, integrasi digital asset yang efektif, dan pengendalian risiko yang maksimal. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perkebunan sawit dapat memiliki dasar yang lebih kuat dalam menentukan objek asuransi, nilai pertanggungan asuransi, dan jenis perlindungan asuransi yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan deskripsi maupun terhadap kategori aset.
